As a hybrid online personal training and coaching service, we are pleased to offer our services globally to clients through the use of Zoom and other mobile based software, in addition to our own BodyPT APP and dedicated Facebook group.
We offer 4 levels of personal training and coaching packages to suit our client’s needs:

Body Crew Monthly Membership

Our hugely popular Body Crew Monthly Online Group Membership where you can join in, train and progress with others to achieve your Fat Loss goals together for added accountability.

6 Week Fat Burner

For a more personalised service and to kickstart our client’s fat loss goals, we offer a 6 Week Fat Loss Package to focus on our client’s life events, such as up-coming weddings, holidays and events.
Includes 24 individual lean & tone training programs.

Premium 1:1 Package

Our Premium 1:1 Package is the ultimate in personal training and coaching. This package includes a more focussed approach and personalised training relationship with regular personal Zoom training sessions and weekly check-Ins.

International Retainer / VIP / Celebrity Service

Our International Retainer, VIP and Celebrity Service is available for our more exclusive clients who require a PT or Coach on hand or to travel with them. Please ask for further details by completing our enquiry form.

HOW WE ROLL

We provide both home or gym-based training sessions with or without any equipment. Take a look below at some of the specialist equipment and advanced training skills we can offer our clients.

HIIT Training

HIIT stands for “High Intensity Interval Training”, which refers to short bursts of intense exercise alternated with low intensity recovery periods. HIIT is extremely motivating, and its exacting work-to-rest ratio make it arguably the most time-efficient way to exercise, burn fat and achieve results. HIIT training increases metabolism for hours after exercise, which is known as the “Exercise Post Oxygen Consumption training effect.

Kettlebells

Kettlebell exercises offer a wide range of movements that target every major muscle group for a total body workout. They Improve overall strength, core power, balance, flexibility and coordination whilst also burning fat and sculpting healthy and lean muscle tone.

ViPR

ViPR stands for “Vitality, Performance, Reconditioning”. ViPR bridges the gap between movement and strength training. It combines full-body movement with load, enhancing the vitality, performance and reconditioning goals of clients and athletes. ViPR provides increased functional mobility and agility; improvement in multi-directional stability, strength and power; enhanced balance, timing and co-ordination; increased calorie burn during and after workouts.

TRX

Whether beginning a fitness journey or pushing toward your summit, TRX Training helps you move better, feel better, and live better. TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously, whilst at the same time burning calories to reduce waist size and body-fat percentage.

Battle Ropes

Battle ropes – also known as gym ropes, fitness ropes or cross-fit ropes are a must tool to utilise for anyone looking to pack on lean mass. The key to their effectiveness is that they work each arm independently, eliminating strength imbalances as they sculpt your muscle. Target your arms, legs, back, shoulders and core, increase your VO2 levels as you turn up the cardio intensity and burn those calories.

Boxing

Boxing is undoubtedly an effective workout for beginners to athletes, it combines intense cardio with explosive power. Boxing offers many benefits for the body – from improved physical performance to weight maintenance, and for the mind, including improved focus and stress reduction. Excellent for 1:1 training, hook and jab pads allow for both upper and lower body co-ordination whilst developing natural reflexes, simultaneous offence strikes and defence skills, with rhythm and accuracy.

Skipping

It’s no coincidence that boxers, MMA fighters and many other contact sports persons are arguably some of the fittest athletes around, and regularly perform skipping drills to help with their hand-to-eye coordination and cardiovascular fitness. Skipping is a great form of full body workout which is proven to burn calories, improve cardiovascular fitness, improve muscle tone and combined with HIIT training, an excellent way to achieve results fast.
